    Aphyllorchis Blume is one of the largest mycoheterotrophic orchid genera with 19 currently accepted species (POWO 2022), mainly distributed in tropical Asia and the Himalayas, extending to Japan and Australia (Pridgeon et_al 2005; Suetsugu et_al 2018; Qin et_al 2021). Members of this genus are leafless and achlorophyllous herbs with erect and unbranched stems, racemose, many-flowered-inflorescences, petals similar to sepals but shorter . . .
