  • who: Waldir Miron Berbel-Filho from the During a field trip to sample Bathygobius soporator (Valenciennes, ) at the Fernando de Noronha archipelago, we unexpectally found Pvivipara (Fig., ). More specifically, in the estuary of the Maceió River micro basin (Fig., ). A total of of , P. vivipara individuals (, males and , females, .0-42., mm SL) were collected using hand nets and plastic bags. The site of species occurrence (03°51'57.80"S, °25'32.79"W) is the only oceanic mangrove in the South Atlantic (Serafini et_al, ), and is comprised of a single mangrove tree species, Laguncularia racemosa . . .
