HIGHLIGHTS
- What: Based on a series of computer-aided analysis methods, we verified that NoPv1 has a good inhibitory effect on PvCesA2 compared with other NoPv peptides from the perspective of molecular interaction and dynamic simulation, which is consistent with the known biological activity experimental data, and further concluded the feasibility of NoPv1 as an antimicrobial peptide in the prevention of potato late blight.
