HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In the qualitative part of the study, key informant interview was applied. This study was aimed at assessing COVID-19 vaccine up take and associated factors among adult population in Dangila district, Amhara region, Ethiopia. This study reported that fear of side effects like headache fever, headache and joint pain were the main factor for COVID- 19 vaccine hesitancy. This study has come up with the community level evidences on factors which contribute to COVID-19 vaccine uptake, hence could be generalized.
