• What: Much of the research undertaken on the effects of FSP parameters on the properties of magnesium alloys has mostly focused on cast magnesium alloys. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the traverse speed of the stirring head on the microstructure and mechanical characteristics of the AZ91 magnesium alloy CMT cladding layer subjected to FSP.
