- What: The response endpoints used in the studies discussed in this review include pathologic complete response (pathCR) and objective response, as defined by the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) guidelines, and the survival endpoints include overall survival (OS), progressionfree survival (PFS), and distant recurrence-free survival (DRFS). The model was trained using data obtained at diagnosis (training set n=72). The study showed that adding imaging data into an integrative model that included ctDNA improved the prediction of treatment response.
