Nuclear actin structure regulates chromatin accessibility

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: Using MSC, the authors show that using CK666 to inhibit Arp2/3 directed secondary actin branching results in decreased nuclear actin structure, and significantly alters chromatin access measured with ATACseq at 24 h. In the work , the authors now show that actin modifiers cause large shifts in the accessible DNA 24 h after their addition, reflected in ATAC-seq data sets (Figs 3, 4, 7).
  • Who: Buer Sen from the (UNIVERSITY) have published the Article: Nuclear actin structure regulates chromatin accessibility, in the Journal: (JOURNAL) of 28/08/2023
