  • What: To investigate this this study examined the levels of oxidative stress apoptosis and autophagy in follicular tissues and GCs using RT-qPCR Western blotting immunofluorescence flow cytometry transcriptomics and other methods. In this study, the effects of oxidative stress, apoptosis, autophagy and the expression of adiponectin were investigated in follicles from geese at different stages of development, and atretic follicles were also investigated.
