- What: This study aimed to assess whether colonization constitutes a risk factor for ESBLE bloodstream infection (BSI) and to evaluate colonization in HSCT Methods: A retrospective analysis of colonization and BSI in HSCT patients was conducted from August 2019 to June 2022. In the present study, a high colonization rate of_(ST1193, ESBL-E was found with STs (ST53 and ST43) were identified by the Pasteur scheme.
