HIGHLIGHTS
- What: Given the established associations of maternal feeding practices and CEBs with children`s body weight status , the authors aimed to build on existing work by examining the relationships of maternal concern and perception about child overweight risk with maternal feeding practices and child eating behaviors among Saudi preschoolers and their mothers. Each envelope contained an invitation letter for the mother describing the study objectives and protocol and a consent form for participation. This study provides evidence that maternal concern and perception about child overweight risk are linked to obesogenic CEBs.
