- what: The authors demonstrate a data-driven complementary recycling folded cascode (CRFC) OTA for applications such as sensing and driving interfaces. Since the transistors operating at this supply level were relatively slower than low-voltage counterparts in general, the amplifier presented in this work had smaller FoMs. In this paper, an improved operational transconductance amplifier with a data-driven transconductance enhancement method was presented.
