- what: For this study, the authors selected miRNA that were previously shown to be involved in processes that have been associated with vitamin E, namely lipid metabolism (miRNA-122a) , cancer progression and inflammation (miRNA-125b) . Interestingly this approach has previously been used to investigate vitamin E status in murine models.
