  • What: The aim of the GHIS study was to evaluate the protective effectiveness of infant HBV vaccination on the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in adulthood . The aim of this pilot study was to document selfreported hepatitis B vaccination history and hepatitis B serology results in a select group of high-risk HCWs in a tertiary care hospital in the Gambia.
