  • What: The aim of this study is to analyse the functional outcome of the (Proximal System) and the PHN (Proximal Nail) in fractures. Prior to their inclusion in this research, written informed consent was obtained from the participants in their native language, and the study received ethical approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee of the Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra (SNMC/IEC/2024/264).
