HIGHLIGHTS
- What: This study examined the protein composition of HpEVs from three growth phases of H. pluvialis grown under high light (350 µmol·m-2 ·s-1 ) and sodium acetate (45 mM) stresses. This study provides novel insights into the protein composition of HpEVs via proteomic strategies and depicts the potential mechanism of cell-to-cell communication. The authors measured proteins in the HpEV pellets and also compared their abundance in HpEVs-1, HpEVs-2, and HpEVs-3.
