  • What: In the context of international cooperation, there is an intense critical discussion about the approaches to social change, which are strongly focused on controlled individual change. The second contribution is concerned with creating and amplifying the debate on the conditions affecting the realisation of children`s and young people`s rights. The aim of this observatory would be to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge regarding the dynamics of social movements and the potential avenues for support and accompaniment.
