Implementation of musyarakah agreement in profit sharing cooperation of investor in syariah finance business

HIGHLIGHTS

• What: This study aims to explore how musyarakah contracts Business Investors are implemented in investment partnerships between investors and businesses in the Islamic financial sector and identify the factors that influence their successful implementation. The study shows that the effective implementation of Musyarakah contracts can provide fair financing solutions for small business actors, while increasing investor confidence through transparency mechanisms and transparent risk sharing.
