• What: This study investigates new methods of incentive zoning between commercial areas and public spaces in multi-ground public spaces within plots using 33 rail transit complexes in China as the research subject. This model provides a framework for developers to manage and control public space in multi-ground settings within rail transit complexes. Over time, this approach has evolved, and in 1961, the United_States formally incorporated incentive zoning, establishing this method as a key tool to optimize urban space.
