Effects of supervised rehabilitation on psychosocial and participation-related outcomes after lumbar spine surgery: a systematic review and meta-analysis

  • What: Against this background, the aim of this study was to systematically review the effects of supervised rehabilitation on quality of life, self-efficacy, fear-avoidance beliefs, catastrophizing, and return-to-work in patients after lumbar spine surgery. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement . Four studies were included in quantitative synthesis, while four studies were analyzed only qualitatively.
