HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: The general objective of this study is to assess the feasibility, acceptability, and usefulness of a digital app-based mental health intervention (mPareshan) delivered by LHWs at community doorsteps to screen/track symptoms of anxiety and depression, offer supportive counselling to halt disease progression, and provide appropriate referrals to next level of care. This study has been prospectively registered by Australian New Zealand Clinical Trial Registry (ACTRN12622000989741).
