- What: This study explores community resilience strategies community perspectives and challenges in disaster management. The aim of this study was to identify the disaster resiliency of community members as they face its occurrences. By delving into the lived experiences and perspectives of community members, local leaders, and organizations, this research seeks to uncover the nuanced approaches utilized across different communities and disaster scenarios. Lastly, the research also focused on the role of local leaders and organizations in fostering community resilience.
