  • What: The authors collected field data in December 2015 in Bagamoyo District. The sample size was determined using the Equation 1 by Cochran . n p q d2 concepts in the study area by including data collection techniques such as focus group discussions (FGDs) and participatory research approach (PRA) exercises. In the present study, only data on interview-based questionnaires at the household level were analysed to derive information on community perceptions.
