The impact of focused hip ultrasound training on imaging quality in infants with hip dysplasia

  • What: The study evaluated the impact of a focused training course on the quality of infant hip ultrasound images for developmental dysplasia of the hip. The study exposure was a two-day focused training course on diagnosing and treating children with DDH using the Graf methods in April 2019. Another interesting finding that the study has confirmed is that Graf methods have good inter- and intrarater agreements regardless of the experience of the raters. This study examined how a two-day course could enhance care for thousands of children.
