HIGHLIGHTS
- What: This study compared the secondary metabolites and biological activities between anthers and pollen of P. ostii for the first time. The authors compared the α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibitory of different samples . The analysis showed that anthers contain higher phenolic content, while pollen contains more flavonoids. This research focuses on the above-mentioned metabolites to metabolomic assay.
