Flexural behavior of cross-laminated timber panels with environmentally friendly timber edge connections

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: This article examines the flexural behavior of the CLT panels that were connected through the proposed connections. The aim of this article is to develop the construction sector based on structural integrity, lifetime energy efficiency, and environmental perspectives. There are two proposed adhesive-free edge connections in this study, which are made of standard timber and compressed dowelled wood. Meanwhile, another this study has greater dimensions.
