HIGHLIGHTS
- What: Motivated by Theorem 1, the authors investigate finite presentability of subsemigroups (not necessarily inverse) of the monogenic free inverse semigroup and prove the following complete characterisation: Main Theorem. The authors focus solely on the monogenic free inverse semigroup, which will be denoted by FI1. The aim of this section is to prove the following proposition which is the forward direction of the Main Theorem.
