- What: The analysis results in this study show that in their thinking both figures agree that the law of is haram. This study seeks to address this gap by examining the textual and contextual bases of the two scholars` perspectives, contributing to a deeper understanding of Islamic financial ethics. The aim of this method is to better understand the research topic, find gaps or unresolved problems, and develop a solid theoretical basis for the research conducted.
