- What: The aim of this research work is to synthesize green silica-supported CaO nanocomposite by using sol-gel method. In this experiment, the chemical reaction result is shown in_(1): After the sol formation, 2.5 M NaOH solution at ambient temperature was gradually added up to 50 mL into the formed gel, the mixture was allowed to stand for 30 minutes .
