- What: The aim of this paper is to analyze the difficulties encountered by developing countries in protecting equivalent discourse system in the process of WTO reform as well as the challenges in maintaining open trade. In the study of the settlement of trade disputes between developing countries and developed countries in the past international trade, the research focuses on the formulation of tariff policies, but does not pay attention to the market access threshold caused by the gap in comprehensive national strength.
