• What: In this study (in was carried out on a total of The aim of this study is to investigate pile injection into weak-bearing soil layers by the jet grouting technique, and then test the integrity of the injected piles using the in-situ Sonic Integrity Test (SIT) method. Except for some slight abnormalities observed from testing this work, most of the gained profiles correspond well with types 1-2 of the typical profiles outlined in Fig 6, which can be described as a straight pile with a free-fixed end.
