  • What: The aim of this trial was to manage acquired resistance (advanced NSCLC) to gefitinib and also extend progression free survival (PFS) in the patient. The success of this trial provides the hope for testing NKT_cell immunotherapy in context of other EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and various other types of tumors.
