Reinforcing the brittle resistance of high-strength concrete using agricultural waste fiber

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: This study is intended to enrich the resistance of HSC against brittleness by employing two natural fibers: PLSF and RSF. The concrete samples used in this research had a constant cement content of 500kg/m3 and SF that replaces 15% of the cement by mass. Evaluating different features of both fresh and hard HSC was the aim of this experiment. The aim of this study was to examine the influence of varies formulations of RSF and PLSF on the characteristics of high strength concrete.
