• What: The aim of this study was to assess patients` knowledge and perceptions of MRI scans and safety in Saudi Arabia. 78% of the participants in this study correctly identified MRI as a diagnostic tool rather than a treatment modality. This study provides several contributions to patient education and safety measures within the MRI environment.
