Optic nerve sheath measurement to monitor disease activity in giant cell arteritis: a pilot study

The authors aimed to detect a reduction of 1.5 mm in ONSD in participants with GCA after 3 months of therapy, with a power of 0.8 and a type 1 error of 0.05.
