HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In this paper, the aim is restricted to a theoretical description of plasma rotation induced by biasing in axially symmetric mirrors. The work is stimulated by extensive experimental data on plasma flow and rotation obtained on the GDT (Bagryansky et_al 2015) and SMOLA (Sudnikov et_al 2022) devices at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics (BINP).
