Application of the international endometrial tumor analysis (ieta) in ultrasound evaluation of abnormal uterine bleeding

  • What: This approach provides a reliable framework for diagnosing and managing AUB, potentially reducing the need for invasive procedures and facilitating better clinical decision-making. Addressing this gap, this study aims to integrate advanced ultrasound techniques within a robust diagnostic framework for AUB, with a specific focus on describing myometrial pathologies and distinguishing between benign and malignant endometrial conditions using ultrasound guided by IETA. In the current study, it was identified that the mean endometrial thickness was significantly higher in malignant cases, averaging 13.85 ± 4.466 mm, compared to benign cases, which averaged 9.19 ± 2 . . .
