• What: This service is intended to improve the quality of child care and protection (PUSPAGA Surabaya City, 2023) 1813 This research is based on two previous studies that discussed the implementation of KLA policies, but with different research focuses and locations. This research shows that the implementation of KLA in Makassar City is considered quite good.
