- What: By analyzing SWOT, this research seeks to identify potential benefits and challenges in integrating AI powered chatbot technology into education. This research proposed two questions to answers the issue: 1) What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the implementation of AI - powered Chabot in English language education? 2) How can AI - Powered Chatbot effectively addresses the challenges of personalized learning in educational settings? The research objectives encompassed evaluating the efficacy of AI-powered chatbots in tackling issues associated with personalized learning in educational settings.
