- What: Objectives This study was designed to assess the level of glycemic control and associated factors in patients with type 2 diabetes in Jimma Medical Center Southwest Ethiopia. This study focused on all patients with T2DM who visited the chronic care clinic at JMC for followup. Data collection tools and procedures A pretested structured questionnaire is used to ensure that the questions are clear and relevant to the study objectives. Glycemic control monitoring methodology This study assessed the rate of glycemic control using FBG levels, following the American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommendations.
