  • What: The data used in this study consists of two types: A. Primary Data: Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with experts in the fields of energy law, economics, as well as representatives from government institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and companies operating in the renewable energy and fossil fuel sectors. The findings of this study show that many workers in the coal and oil sectors have not had adequate access to retraining or opportunities to transition to the renewable energy sector.
