- who: Cyclobacterium et al. from the Phylogeny of Living Organisms, College of Science, University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran have published the paper: Taxogenomics of the Genus Cyclobacterium:, in the Journal: Microorganisms 2020, 610 of /2020/
- what: The authors propose that it represents a novel species of the genus Cyclobacterium. Bootstrap analysis was carried out to evaluate the tree topology by performing resampling 1000 times . This analysis shows that strain GBPx2T constitutes a taxon which is sufficiently different from the other species of Cyclobacterium so as to be considered as a new species.
