This study provides new insight into the comorbidity of AI in patients with LDS-induced RH, a condition traditionally considered rare after pyloric gastrectomy or RYGB . The analysis showed that AI can cause hypoglycemia with lower insulin levels compared to patients without AI, emphasizing the need to consider AI in the management of RH.
