• What: This study shows the importance of the comprehensive view at treating certain diseases, that even though personalized medicine could work for these varied responses, there are still factors that should be considered, such as the cost, and applicability, while allowing the audience to look at more ways to improve this solution, such as drug repurposing. The analysis focused primarily on EGFR and KRAS mutations, in one type of lung cancer, NSCLC leaving a handful of other significant mutations, such as the ALK mutation, and TP53 mutations.
