  • What: To test the conclusions , the authors propose a co-transplantation experiment, combining MTK458 with human iPSC derived DANs to be transplanted in PD modeled mice. This study shows a range of implications for DAN transplantation therapy. This study has demonstrated a new strategy of enhancing DAN survival in transplantation to the midbrain by modulating PINK1 pathway .
