A mean field to capture asynchronous irregular dynamics of conductance-based networks of adaptive quadratic integrate-and-fire neuron models

In this model, the membrane potential of a single neuron is described by a quadratic differential equation, and spikes are generated when the membrane potential reaches a given threshold.
