- What: This study has adopted qualitative methods for getting indepth and interactive information from the participants. This study investigated the relationship among employees in local government and their performances in working towards the distribution of the services. States that communication is a key in the work environment as it transacts in a variety and within the different areas with the aim of carrying out organizational goals. The study area is the specific geographic area that the research focused on, and the researcher was conducting the study on.
