  • What: The aim of this research is to provide concrete proof related to how affects and its effects on company especially in in Province. The aim of this random sampling is to create a sample that represents the entire population. Variables measurement This study used a Likert 5 scale research instrument ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree to measure items consisting of questions from previous research which were then adopted and modified to meet the conditions and situations in which this research was conducted. Respondents in this study have different educational backgrounds.
