- What: The authors aim to characterize the effects of CGRP in nestin/hRAMP1 mice by employing postural sway assays, and motion-induced thermoregulation-a nausea surrogate assay. The authors seek to determine whether olcegepant or rizatriptan can provide protection against any CGRP-induced or endogenous changes in the hypersensitized CGRP receptor mouse. A constraint to the model was applied so that the x-intercept analyzed occurred after time=20 minutes.
