HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In the present study, when data obtained before and after the updating of the guidelines were evaluated, a higher incidence of ROP (19.3% and 21.4% for the two cohorts, respectively) and a lower need for treatment (3.9% and 2.1% for the cohorts, respectively) were observed after the update. This study has several limitations including its retrospective design and single-center nature.
