  • What: The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of and website on job application intentions in the sharia banking industry. The research findings identify the factors that serve as strengths making them attractive to potential applicants based on the Theory of Reasoned Action. The descriptive statistical analysis of respondents provides general information about the study, focusing on the characteristics of the respondents, including gender, age, and university of origin, as presented in Table 1.
